Malcolm’s personal training journey was ignited by his children. It all started when his 12-year-old son expressed his desire to become stronger and faster in Taekwondo. Consequently, he found himself training other young athletes as well.

What initially began as a father’s drive to be supportive and beneficial to his children soon blossomed into a dedicated focus on agility and strength training. Malcolm firmly believes that age and ability should never be barriers to becoming stronger and more agile through appropriate exercise.
Says Malcolm “No matter the age or ability, anyone can become stronger and agile, with the right exercise. A strong and nimble body can do more and enjoy more in life. And it’s my goal to help you achieve that.”
